1. Copyright notices
Send notices to legal@viceweave.com. Identify the copyrighted work, the exact Vice Weave URL or content ID, your contact information, the rights allegedly infringed, and the action requested. State in good faith that the disputed use is unauthorized and that the information is accurate. Include the signature and declarations required by the law you rely on.
2. Counter-notices
A user may respond by identifying the removed material, explaining the lawful basis for restoration, supplying contact information and required jurisdictional declarations, and signing the response. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected parties and restore material where the applicable process permits.
3. External hosts
Vice Weave cannot remove a file stored by an independent host. We can remove or disable the Community link and associated metadata. Rights holders may also need to contact the external host directly.
4. Abuse and repeat infringement
We may request additional information, reject incomplete or fraudulent submissions, preserve evidence, and restrict repeat infringers or repeat abusive complainants. Knowingly false allegations may expose the sender to liability.
5. Other rights
Copyright procedure is not the correct channel for privacy, trademark, impersonation, or immediate-safety complaints. Describe the relevant right in a message to the legal contact so it can be routed appropriately.
