1. Synthetic output
AI output is generated probabilistically and may be wrong, offensive, inconsistent, or unexpectedly similar to other material. Review every output before saving, publishing, or relying on it. Vice Weave does not represent output as human-created or factually verified.
2. Prohibited requests and output
- Sexual content involving minors, age-ambiguous people, or people portrayed as minors.
- Non-consensual sexual depictions of identifiable real people or content intended to harass, extort, or deceive them.
- Instructions materially facilitating violent wrongdoing, exploitation, malware, credential theft, or evasion of safeguards.
- High-impact decisions or professional advice presented as authoritative AI judgment.
- Attempts to discover system prompts, secrets, other users' data, or provider credentials.
3. Provider processing and controls
Requests may be routed through different providers based on configuration, availability, safety, and plan limits. Providers may apply their own filters and terms. Vice Weave may refuse, truncate, classify, or retain limited safety evidence for a request where permitted by law.
4. Ownership and publication
The legal status of AI output varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for clearance, attribution, disclosure, and compliance when publishing. A generated result does not guarantee that no similar work, person, trademark, or protected element exists.
5. Reporting
Report outputs that appear to contain illegal content, personal data, serious safety failures, or repeated infringement to legal@viceweave.com, including the feature, approximate time, and enough context to investigate without resending unnecessary sensitive material.
